Endless overthinking

What we help with
You’ve read the posts, journalled, talked it out — yet the same loops keep circling back at 2 a.m., louder each time.
You understand why you feel this way — but your chest still tightens, sleep still breaks, and the body reacts like it’s all happening now.
You don’t want to just cope anymore — you want to actually feel the shift: calmer mornings, lighter shoulders, steadier days.
Three doors into the same warm room — most families use all three at different moments.
Psychiatric consultation with a gentle, unhurried first conversation — understanding what’s happening before deciding anything together.
Clinical & psychological testing that reads personality, capability and inter-personal dynamics — insight first, labels last.
Integrated, knowledge-based therapy for individuals, couples, families and groups — at your pace, in your language.
A call or WhatsApp message to Sunita at the front desk. No forms, no gatekeeping — just a time that works for you.
Fifty unhurried minutes with Dr. Ruksheda or one of our therapists. You talk, we listen. You won’t be rushed into anything.
Therapy, evaluation, medication, family sessions — or some mix. Built around your life, explained without jargon.
Ongoing care at your pace. We check in regularly, notice what’s shifting, and adjust the plan as you grow.
No. You can simply call or message us for an appointment. Many people come in just to understand what they’re feeling — that’s a perfectly good reason.
Only if it genuinely helps, and only after we’ve talked it through together. Much of our work is therapy and counselling. When medication is useful, it’s explained clearly — what it does, for how long, and how we’ll review it.
Yes — with one exception: if someone’s safety is at risk, we act on it. For teens, we explain to both parent and child exactly what stays private — trust works better when the rules are clear.
Young people from around age 10 through their mid-twenties are core to our practice — school stress, exam pressure, identity, friendships, family friction. We also work with parents, because families heal best together.
Mostly, you talk and we listen. We’ll understand what brought you in, what you’d like to change, and suggest a way forward. No labels on day one, no pressure to commit to anything.
English and Hindi comfortably — and we keep the jargon out of all of them. Bring your own words; they’re the ones that matter.
